Seven-night air and cruise packages to Hawaii start at $1,039 from Los Angeles or San Francisco, $1,152 from Seattle, $1,232 from Portland, $1,239 from Phoenix, $1,289 from Sacramento, $1,289 from Salt Lake City, $1,325 from Houston, $1,326 from Dallas/Ft. Worth, $1,386 from Denver and $1,467 from Atlanta.

Pleasant also is offering an incentive up to $125 per booking on packages to the Caribbean and Costa Rica exclusively for Texas travel agents. Worth to Costa Rica are available from $477 per person.
