Hyatt also offers travel agents specialized training and awards. By completing the four-chapter Travel Specialist Course and becoming a Hyatt Travel Specialist, agents will receive a certificate, education credits and a chance to earn a Hyatt gift card. The Slice of Paradise program awards agents with free nights for themselves at Hyatt resorts when they book their clients into participating Hyatt resorts. Agents receive one free night for booking either three paid client nights in the continental U.S., or four paid client nights in Hawaii and the Caribbean.
