Enterprise Holdings is licensing Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental brands to Eurocar Rentals Limited for a new dual-branded car rental location at the Owen Roberts International Airport in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. The location opened in February. Several initiatives are underway to benefit the Cayman Islands tourism industry, including government investment and legislation to boost the medical industry, which is expected to significantly increase medical tourism.

Other initiatives include two new hotel projects in development along Seven Mile Beach and the new Cayman Enterprise City project, which will increase business visitor numbers. Currently, overnight visitors to Cayman Islands are at their highest levels since 2000. As a result, the Owen Roberts International Airport facility is expanding to accommodate more aircraft and arrivals, including the Alamo and National location to provide visitors with an on-airport car rental option.
