Amadeus, the travel technology partner and transaction processor, has signed a five-year agreement with CCRA Travel Solutions, a global company specializing in travel services integration and distribution, to provide worldwide distribution services and technology to assist CCRA in its expansion plans worldwide to build an international consortia of travel agencies. Agreements have already been reached with partners in Poland, Ireland, Portugal, Benelux, Singapore, India, Thailand, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, South Africa, and Egypt.

 “With exceptional agency solutions and proven results, as well as global brand recognition, Amadeus is our partner of choice as we develop the CCRA Global Network of industry leading agencies and suppliers from around the world,” said Richard Marxen, president and CEO of CCRA Travel Solutions. “Since we began this undertaking, we have added a dozen distributors in as many markets. At this pace, our goal over the next 24 months is to appoint no less than 20 additional new distributor networks representing 15 more countries which, in turn, will have exclusive access to the purchasing power of our global supplier marketplace.”
