Amex Names Durocher as GM and SVP, Patron as VP Marketing

American Express has appointed Lisa Durocher as general manager and senior vice president of the American Express U.S. Consumer Travel Network. Durocher, who will assume her new role Feb. 21, replaces Claire Bennett, who was recently named executive vice president of loyalty and membership benefits. Bennett will continue to oversee the Consumer Travel Network in her new role as well as the management of all rewards and membership benefits. In addition, David Patron has been named vice president of marketing for American Express U.S. Consumer Travel Network, reporting to Durocher.

            Durocher joined American Express in 2002 and most recently served as senior vice president and general manager for North America, enterprise growth. Patron has been with American Express for 15 years and previously oversaw the strategy, design and deployment of the Membership Rewards program.
