British Airways Announces Agreement with Unite Union

British Airways said that it has reached an agreement with Unite the union, ending the threat of industrial action. “Our agreement with Unite involves acknowledgement by the union that the cost-saving structural changes we have made in cabin crew operations are permanent,” the airline said in a statement. “We have also agreed changes that will modernize our crew industrial relations and help ensure that this kind of dispute cannot occur again.
