Carlson Names Plunkett VP, Global Talent Management, Development
Minneapolis-based hospitality company Carlson named Mary Plunkett as vice president, global talent management and development. Plunkett joined Carlson on Aug. 7, reporting to Elizabeth Bastoni, executive vice president, chief human resources and communications officer.
In her role, Plunkett will be responsible for the talent development strategy, programs and processes for the management of the company’s top and high-potential talent to drive the delivery of global business objectives. In addition, she will be responsible for driving the work around the establishment of the Employment Value Proposition for Carlson, the company’s engagement survey and action planning and human resources information systems. Most recently, Plunkett was the global director of people and organizational development at Heineken.
