Carnival Cruise Lines has added new point-earning activities to its Travel Agent Rewards Program, which launched in January. Since introducing the program, more than 14,000 agents have enrolled and redeemed points on more than 800 rewards.
Twenty-two new point-earning activities have been added to the program, including viewing a new “Cruise Rookie” training video on GoCCL.com (400 points); registering on GoCCL.com (500 points); making bookings for “Cruise Rookies” (750 points per client); finding hidden codes within various Carnival travel agent emails, webinars and on GoCCL.com (50 to 100 points); and booking select sailings (300 to 600 points).
Carnival’s Travel Agent Rewards Program allows travel partners to earn and redeem points for themselves or their clients toward a variety of Carnival-branded logo items, gift cards, a flat-screen television or an Apple iPad. Once enrolled in the program, travel partners may register their point-earning actions and track their earnings to redeem points for gifts. Single earning actions in the program range from 50 to 3,000 points while point redemptions start at 2,500 points.
The program is part of Carnival’s “Working Smarter, Not Harder” tool in the Travel Partner Toolbox, where Carnival provides resources for partners to maximize their business-building opportunities.
