Chicago’s Millennium Knickerbocker Names Gould General Manager

The Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago appointed James Gould as the new general manager of the historic 306-room hotel. Gould will be responsible for overall hotel operations, overseeing the implementation of new initiatives to strengthen the position and reputation of the hotel in key markets around the world. Prior to joining the Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Gould was regional vice president of operations for Chicago’s Portfolio Hotels & Resorts overseeing full and limited service properties.
