Château Saint-Martin, a member of the Oetker Collection hotel group, is a flagship of Relais & Châteaux located in the French Riviera. Set in a 35-acre park, its newly refurbished Le Saint-Martin restaurant celebrates the talent of two Michelin-star Chef Yannick Franques. Its new restaurant, La Rosticceria, features authentic Italian cuisine created in the open plan kitchen. Accommodating up to 55 diners inside, La Rosticceria also benefits from a terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding French Riviera.

The hotel will open a new Children’s Club in July. Martin’s Club will offer a range of complimentary activities including tennis, water sports, treasure hunts and nature workshops along with a children’s afternoon tea hosted by the qualified team. A children’s spa menu is now available at the hotel’s renowned spa. The specially created children’s menu features relaxation treatments for 5 to 12 year olds and massages and skin cleansing for 12 to 18 year olds.
