Corinthia Hotel London to Unveil New Al Fresco Space
This summer, the Corinthia Hotel London is unveiling The Courtyard. Set in the heart of the hotel, the al fresco setting is a place to enjoy the summer days and evenings, complete with fireplaces at either end should the evening turn chilly. The Courtyard offers a full cocktail list including the Bloom Clover Club made with chamomile tincture and raspberry purée, the exotic rum-based Planters Punch and the sophisticated Vesper Martini, while cigars and liqueurs can also be enjoyed.
Afternoon tea also can be taken in the open air of The Courtyard where guests can sample sweet treats created by renowned Pastry Chef Claire Clark and gourmet sandwiches composed by Executive Head Chef Garry Hollihead. A special selection of teas from the bespoke Tea Palace menu are also presented. For a luxurious afternoon, a glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne may be enjoyed.
