Elite Island Resorts’ Verandah Resort in Antigua Offers Mini Golf

December 05, 2011 10:01 PM

Elite Island Resorts added an 18-hole mini golf course at The Verandah Resort in Antigua. The new course is the latest family entertainment facility at the all-inclusive, beachfront resort. The new course is set amidst waterfalls, ponds and lush landscaping. Reggae, blues and soft jazz music emanate from hidden speakers placed around the green, and the design replicates bends and breaks found on real golf courses, and adds tunnels, bridges and sharp corners.

The Verandah’s mini golf course, which operates daily from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., is complimentary for resort guests and day pass holders, who may play unlimited rounds. Lively, competitive tournaments are held on Wednesday afternoons and Friday evenings. For more information, call 800-858-4618 or visit www.eliteislandresorts.com.
