Florida’s St. Regis Bal Harbour Names Chase Social Catering Director
The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, which debuted in January, appointed Victoria Chase as director of social catering. In her new position, Chase will elevate the social catering experience to new heights for the property’s discerning guests. Chase will oversee the planning and implementation of all weddings, gala celebrations and special events held at the property
She also will work the hotel’s expert team, including Executive Chef Jordi Valles and Tobias Rimkus, director of catering and conference services. Chase’s experience includes directing social catering at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami. She previously served as director of catering at The Biltmore and associate director of catering at Miami’s Doral Golf Resort and Spa.
