Mokulele Airlines, an inter-island carrier in Hawaii, has announced upgrades to its service, including providing free water and cookies on all of its flights. Each passenger now receives a free bottle of water and a locally produced Kona coffee-flavored cookie. The airline also has improved its reliability with a 20 percent increase in daily flights and an on-time performance reaching 95 percent, among other enhancements.
