Le Meridien Planned for Dhaka, Starwood’s Second in Bangladesh

Starwood Hotels & Resorts will manage its second hotel in Bangladesh when Le Méridien Dhaka opens in July 2013. Owned by Best Holdings Limited, the 304-room hotel will be located near Dhaka International Airport. Le Méridien Dhaka will be located between the eighth and 15th floors of a new mixed-use development and will offer guests views of Dhaka from the building’s rooftop.
Four food and beverage venues, including an all-day dining restaurant and specialty restaurant and bar, will offer dining options to both guests and locals. The hotel will also house a 2,800-square-foot fitness center and a 2,400-square-foot spa.
