Modern Honolulu Joins ALHI Hotel Group Portfolio

The Modern Honolulu has joined Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), which has a portfolio of more than 140 hotels and resorts worldwide. The Modern Honolulu joins The Halekulani and Mauna Lani Resort as the only ALHI-affiliated hotels in the state of Hawaii.
The property debuted in September 2011 at the edge of Waikiki, within walking distance to Waikiki beaches, Hawaii’s largest open-air shopping center and boutiques and retail stores. The 353-room, marina-front resort features a restaurant by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, an urban spa, the Addiction nightclub, a lobby bar, two pools, poolside bars and ocean views.
