10 Paths to Health at San Francisco Airport

There are tons of ways to get healthy at San Francisco Airport, find peaceful places to regroup and even spaces to go to recompose yourself mentally and physically. After all, we know more than anyone that airports can be a huge stress trigger!

So next time you’re feeling gross at the airport, check out this list and find out where you can get healthy at SFO.

1. Stretch in the yoga rooms — Get healthy with some self-reflecting yoga.

San Francisco created one of the first airport yoga spaces and now has two dedicated rooms for a few “om’s” in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. These calming spaces remain open 24 hours, seven days a week. There is no charge to use the facility.

2. Filling up at the hydration stations — Get healthy by staying hydrated and drinking lots of water.

Air travel can be very dehydrating, warns Everyday Health. SFO has six hydration stations.

3. Visiting the garden — Get healthy immersing yourself in nature.

Research has found that being in nature actually boosts the immune system, which in turn, increases our mental and physical health.
