Condor Airlines is increasing its flights between the U.S. and Germany with plans to add 10 nonstop flights by 2017 and expand service to 11 total U.S. destinations.
The German leisure airline announced it will add transatlantic flights to New Orleans and San Diego next summer. Other highlights include year-round nonstop flights from Seattle to Condor's hub in Frankfurt later this year and twice weekly flights from Las Vegas to Munich beginning May 2017.
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority's Senior Vice President of Marketing Cathy Tull said, "Condor's new route will offer additional convenience and flexibility for international travelers."
Currently, Condor flies from Las Vegas to Frankfurt five times a week.
"Germany is our greatest source of international visitation from continental Europe, with more than 200,000 travelers annually," Tull added in a statement. "This new route further reinforces the opportunity for ongoing growth throughout that region."
