Passengers aboard a Southwest Airlines flight from Atlanta to Las Vegas Saturday were treated to an unwelcome show from a lustful couple accused of engaging in sexual acts.

According to KVVU-TV, the couple was asked to stop but continued to behave inappropriately.

"Apparently, they just couldn't control themselves," McCarran International Airport spokesman, Michael Oram, told the Las Vegas news station. "They were all over each other."

Though the couple was met by Las Vegas police upon landing, no complaints or charges were filed so their names were not released.

"Nobody on the flight wanted to file charges," Las Vegas police Lt. John Liberty told KSNV-TV. "The flight crew left and did not even file a statement, so we have nothing to charge them with. They were identified, and all the information will be turned over to the FBI."

In addition to the FBI, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) may investigate the matter.

"The only way it would be an FAA issue is if the passengers disobeyed a crew member's instructions," FAA spokesman, Ian Gregor, said in an emailed statement to KSNV-TV "When that occurs, the FAA can propose civil penalties against a passenger."

While police did not receive any video evidence from passengers or crew, Oram said video of the incident was posted to social media.

Despite the couple's erotic antics, the flight landed ahead of schedule just after 8 a.m. local time Saturday.

Southwest offered up an apology to passengers on the flight.
