JetSuite to Celebrate Fourth of July with $4 Flights
Nearly 42 million Americans are expected to travel this Fourth of July weekend, but few will be traversing the U.S. in style aboard a private jet.
Well, here's your chance.
In celebration of American independence this weekend, private jet charter company JetSuite will offer one-way private flights on Saturday for as low as $4 as a part of the company's SuiteDeals promotion, according to Mashable's Emily Goldman.
But the eye-popping deal isn't exactly convenient.
That's because the deals, including destinations and departure times, won't be posted until Friday, with the ultra cheap flights scheduled for the very next day. So if you're hoping to plan your holiday travel in advance, you can expect to pay a lot more than $4.
Nonetheless, travelers can sign up to receive notifications based on their preferred destinations and departure times. You'll just have to register and provide your email address.
Examples of routes offered by JetSuite include Santa Barbara, California, to Reno, Nevada; Beaufort, North Carolina, to Washington, D.C. and San Jose, California, to Oakland, California.
Customers can expect to pay around $536 per ticket for a one-way flight. So travelers who capitalize on the $4 offer will need to set some money aside if they hope to return home the same way.
But with JetSuite's planes carrying a maximum of four to six seats, holiday travelers can bring their friends and family to share along in the experience.
