On Wednesday, J.D. Power named Alaska Airlines and JetBlue Airways the highest-ranked companies in its recent survey of North American airlines.
According to The Associated Press, J.D. Power released the results of a recent survey of the nine largest airlines in North American, which saw Alaska Airlines and JetBlue top the lists once again.
Alaska Airlines was ranked No. 1 among traditional North American airlines for the ninth-consecutive year. On the other hand, JetBlue finished at the top of the list for low-cost carriers for the 11th straight year.
J.D. Power also said overall satisfaction in the airline industry has reached a 10-year high.
The recent online study-which surveyed 10,000 people who flew on a major North American airline between April 2015 and March 2016-went on to claim that passengers are becoming more tolerant of paying extra fees since checked bags fees started becoming common in 2008.
