Business travelers who want to get some work done and maybe even squeeze in a little nap while flying to their destinations can now do so, thanks to the latest innovation by Panasonic Avionics.
With the help of B/E Aerospace, Teague Design Consultancy and Formation Design group, Panasonic has developed Waterfront, which allows passengers to work at a desk, sit back and read a book or lie down, Mashable reported.
The B/E Aerospace seat adjusts so passengers can change their positions from sitting upright to lying down, Mashable said.
They can use their mobile devices to control the temperature and lighting around them, to order food and choose entertainment. A premium tablet controller allows passengers to view important flight information. There’s even a sliding door for privacy.

Panasonic offers a 24-inch 4K display screen, device charging and mood lighting, according to Mashable.
CNN Money called it “the coolest airplane seat ever.”
