Video has emerged of an employee at Southwest Florida International Airport being struck by lightning while he was working on a Sun Country plane on July 22.
According to NBC-2.com, 21-year-old Austin Dunn was working on the wing when the lightning bolt struck the plane's tail and traveled through the cabin before hitting the man, sending him to the ground in shock.
The video shows his co-workers frantically calling for help before emergency crews arrived on the scene. It also shows no other workers on the tarmac, as the airport's lightning warning system was activated at the time of the incident.

Dunn, who works for an under-wing subcontractor called Navstar, suffered third-degree burns all over his body. He was recently released from the hospital, nearly two weeks after the lightning strike.

Dunn's family believes it was a miracle he survived.
"We knew he wouldn't give up. Once we knew he was alive," Autumn Dunn told NBC-2.com. "It was a relief but it was definitely the scariest thing, you don't expect it...you don't expect it."
