Southwest Airlines, Southern Airways Express Add Service to Gulf Shores

Southwest Airlines and South Airways Express have added daily non-stop service to Gulf Shores, Ala.
Southwest Airlines will launch flights to Gulf Shores via Pensacola International Airport later this year. The flight schedule will include nonstop service and represent a 22 percent increase in seat capacity over the existing service.
Southern Airways Express will begin flying out of Gulf Shores’ Jack Edwards Airport in late May with non-stop flights to and from Memphis, Tenn., New Orleans and Birmingham, Ala.
