The deadpan comedian Steven Wright once dryly note, “They say it’s a small world … but I wouldn’t want to paint it."
No matter what your perception of small and large is, there’s no doubt that it’s a vast world when it comes to travel.
And when American Airlines merged with USAir to create the world’s biggest airline, many thought it would actually be too big.
But now American has released a new 30-second commercial and is touting that mantra as a plus.
The spot focuses on a sky-high view of some of the world’s great landmarks, and, though it does not have a voiceover, the graphics note that with the largest network in the world, the world seems a little bit smaller when flying American.
