Prices start at $149 from East Coast cities and Chicago. Fares are $199 from Los Angeles, San Francisco and Miami.
"Visitors from all over the world continue to be attracted to the unique city of Tel Aviv and we are honored to have the opportunity to offer travel from the United States in a more efficient way with the best possible prices," said Skuli Mogensen, founder and CEO of WOW air.
"The Israeli government and tourism board have been great partners in getting the route approved, and we are thankful for their support of WOW air."

For travelers flying from the West Coast, layovers will be approximately two hours long. Flights from the East Coast will have a longer layover, 13 hours, but Wow encourages visitors to travel with the Wow stopover and experience a taste of Iceland on the way to their next destination.
Said program gives visitors the chance to stay in Iceland for an unlimited amount of time before heading onward at no extra charge for the flight.
