Holiday shoppers are preparing for the mad rush known as Black Friday, but travelers have the chance to score major deals thanks to Amtrak’s “Track Friday” sales.
Beginning Friday, Nov. 25, and running through Monday, Nov. 28, Amtrak customers will be eligible to save 30 percent on travel between Dec. 10 and April 9, 2017, throughout the rail company’s national network. The four-day “Track Friday” sale will only be available on Amtrak.com starting Black Friday morning, and prices are available for one-way Coach Fares. All discounted prices are subject to availability.
As for caveats, Amtrak announced that sale prices are not available on all routes, blackout dates apply and once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
