Having started his career at Auto Europe in the Reservations department, Erik quickly embodied this high level of service and worked his way to Reservations Manager. Erik’s extensive knowledge of the nuances of renting a car abroad acquired during his 17 years in the industry combined with his tenacity make him a successful leader and mentor to his team. Erik is continually recognized by colleagues and customers for setting the bar for service.
