Avis Car Rental Named to 2015 Brand Keys Loyalty Leaders List
On Wednesday, Avis Car Rental announced that it had been named to the 2015 Brand Keys Loyalty Leaders List.
Brand Keys—the New York-based brand and customer loyalty and engagement research consultancy—conducted its 19th annual survey, and ranked Avis as one of the top 40 consumer brands across a broad range of industries and the top-rated car rental company.
In part, Avis earned the honor by showing unparalleled commitment to enhancing all aspects of the customer experience. Between reservations, face-to-face customer interactions, written communications, billing, claims and customer service calls, Avis thrives to reward its customers for their patronage.
Avis also thrives on listening to the customer’s feedback, and the car rental company became the first in the industry to offer a 100 percent smoke-free fleet in North America thanks to the input of the people who rent from them.
Brand Keys Founder and President Robert Passikoff released a statement about Avis making the 2015 Brand Keys Loyalty Leaders List:

This isn’t the first time Avis has dominated a Brand Keys honor, as the car rental company was named the top car rental company in the Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index for the 16th straight year.
