On Monday, Hertz New Zealand announced it has received top honors in the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Car Rental Company category for 2016.

According to Hertz, the 2016 recognition marks the second consecutive year that the car rental company has been heralded by Reader’s Digest. Last year, Hertz New Zealand received the Highly Commended Award.

This is the 16th year the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands survey has been conducted in New Zealand, and it has built a reputation as one of the leading indicators of brand trust. The 2016 survey included over 30 countries.

In celebration of the honor Hertz New Zealand received, the company will take part in a prize giveaway on the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands website in September. Entrants will have the chance to win a three-day car rental in a Hertz premium vehicle.

“It is a great honor to be recognized as the most trusted car rental company in the country by Readers Digest readers. At Hertz New Zealand, we are driven by the desire to put our customers at the heart of everything we do,” Hertz New Zealand country manager Mark Righton said in a statement. “This award is a real measure of success for us. The award is also a reflection of the integrity of our team in New Zealand. We pride ourselves on our ability to always follow through and to deliver on our promises.”
