For the fifth time, Oceania Cruises has announced that the company will host an "Around the World in 180 Days" sailing in 2018.
The voyage will take place on the 684-passenger Insignia cruise ship, and will depart from Miami on Jan. 3, 2018. The journey will include stops on five continents, cover more than 39,000 nautical miles and visit 87 ports of call in 40 countries
During the 180-day-long cruise, passengers will visit countries such as the United States, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Myanmar and more, including 56 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. In total, there will be 16 overnight stays at 13 locations before the ship returns to Miami on July 1, 2018.

In addition to the sites and locations passengers will visit, guests will also be treated to the amenities found on the Insignia, such as the Canyon Ranch SpaClub and the Artist Loft Enrichment Center.
As for the cost of a massive voyage like this, prices start at $39,999 per person, based on double occupancy. Cruise-related government fees and taxes are included, but checked baggage fees may apply.
