Celebrity Cruises is introducing new specialty dining packages, which discount three or five cover charges by up to 25 percent. Some packages include wine.
Three “Wine and Dine” packages are designed for parties of two. The Savor Package includes three dining reservations per couple and three bottles of wine. The Gourmand package includes five dining reservations per couple and three bottles of wine. The Bacchus Package offers five dining reservations per couple and five bottles of wine. Because the line-up of specialty restaurants varies by ship, the specific offerings within the packages also vary by ship. The line also offers three- and five-dinner packages without wine.
Package pricing varies by ship. For example, on the Celebrity Eclipse, the Savor Package of three dinners and three bottles of wine is priced at $279 per couple, for a savings of 9 percent. The Bacchus Package includes two dinners in Tuscan Grille, two in Qsine and one in Murano; five bottles of select wines are also included. The package price is $399 per couple for a savings of 26 percent. The five-dinner package without wine is priced at $129 per person on the Eclipse.
Wine selections included in the packages were pre-selected by Celebrity wine experts to offer an array of international varietals.
Celebrity said the dining packages are the result of guest feedback; the line introduced beverage packages in 2010.
The line recently won the VIBE Vista Adult Alcohol-Free Program Award in the chain hotel casino and cruise line category for its non-alcoholic beverage package offerings.
The beverage packages, which can be purchased before a cruise, allow guests to pre-pay one set price for cocktails, premium coffees, wine by the glass, endless refills of sodas, and unlimited bottled water.
Celebrity’s new specialty dining packages offer a discount of more than 25 percent and are available for purchase onboard. Package pricing varies by ship. For more information, call 800-437-3111 or visit www.celebritycruises.com.
