Century Cruises, the leader in Yangtze River cruises, has announced the 2015-2016 deployment plan and itineraries for their vessels dedicated to the North American market. For 2015 and 2016, Century Cruises will offer four of their state-of-the-art vessels for trips sold from the North American market, their new Platinum Series vessels, Century Paragon and Century Legend and Crown Series Century Sky, Century Sun.

"Our 2015 and 2016 cruise programs are designed to showcase our beautiful, state-of-the-art ships while offering the very best that China's Yangtze River region has to offer our guests."
Century Cruises will be offering the Western traveler their choice of departures offered on the new Platinum series vessels, Century Paragon and Century Legend, as well as its three most popular state-of-the-art vessels, Century Sky, Century Sun and Century Star. All of these beautiful ships were designed especially for the discerning Western traveler in collaboration with the renowned European naval architects Yran and Storbratten (architects for Disney Cruises, Seabourn, Holland America, Viking River Cruises, among others).
Four of the ships, Century Paragon, Century Legend, Century Sky and Century Sun will sail four-day/three-night itineraries downstream between Chongqing and Yichang and five-day/four-night itineraries upstream on the same route. The Century Paragon sails upstream on Fridays and downstream on Tuesdays. The Century Legend sails upstream on Tuesdays and downstream on Saturdays. The Century Sky will sail upstream on Mondays and downstream on Sundays. And the Century Sun will sail upstream on Mondays and downstream on downstream on Fridays. Highlights of these Yangtze River itineraries include visits to the Shibao Pagoda, the Three Gorges of Shennv Stream (or Shennong Stream), the Three Gorges Dam as well as a transit of the dam's lock system.
Additionally, Century Cruises provides a variety of Yangtze River Cruises at the middle and lower reaches of the river to suit different schedules and passenger demands, just find your ship and enjoy the less-visited yet gorgeous heartland of China with "Yangtze Panorama 2015" itineraries of Century Sky between Chongqing - Nanjing.
