Cruise Deals Look to Celebrate the Holidays and More

Through Sept. 18, 2016, Norwegian Cruise Line is extending its "Free at Sea" offer with up to five free perks. Guests who reserve a new three-day or longer voyage in an oceanview, balcony or minisuite category room can choose two of the following: free unlimited open bar, a free Specialty Dining package, free prepaid service charges, a free 250-minute Wi-Fi package or Norwegian’s Friends & Family Sail Free (allowing third and fourth guests to sail complimentarily on select sailings). Inside and studio stateroom guests can choose one of the aforementioned perks, and those in a suite or The Haven by Norwegian get all five (a value of up to $2,800).
Meanwhile in Hawaii, guests who reserve a weeklong Pride of America cruise through Aug. 31, 2016 in any stateroom category can select one of the following five free perks: a free one-night pre-cruise hotel stay, a free Specialty Dining Package, free pre-paid service charges for first and second guests, a free $50 per port shore excursion credit in up to four ports or Norwegian’s Friends & Family Sail Free promo on select dates. Those in a suite will get all five.
And for the holidays, passengers will receive a $100 onboard credit on new Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s cruise reservations.
In celebration of the line’s 180-year history, P&O Cruises is offering a “come celebrate with us” promotion with bonus onboard credits of up to £250 (about $320) on voyage reservations made by Sept. 30, 2016 good for outside cabins and above. Applicable November 2016 to August 2017 sailings include Christmas and New Year cruises.

For select 2016 and 2017 Tahiti, French Polynesia and South Pacific sailings, Paul Gauguin Cruises has a special of up to $4,750 per person savings until August 20, 2016. Fares also include roundtrip flights between Los Angeles and Papeete, Tahiti. Examples are below:

Following the discount, per person double fares begin at $10,196 (Deluxe), $11,301 (Premium) and $13,936 (Owners).
Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection
Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection currently has “Free Air” and “Special Business Class” promotions for all its 2017 Europe and Russia itineraries. Passengers reserving 13-day or longer voyages in all cabin categories will get complimentary economy flights, and those booking sailings 12-days or less get the same in category two and higher. The promotion is good through Aug. 20, 2016.
Also, business class flights from certain continental U.S. gateways, extended to all 2017 European departures, are available for $2,599 per person from the East Coast, $2,899 per person from central states and $2,999 per person from the West Coast. The promotion is good until Sept. 30, 2016.
Plus, the river cruise line will include all port fees in 2017.
