Fire Forces Passengers and Crew to Evacuate Cruise Ship
The Le Boreal cruise ship—owned and operated by Ponant—was forced to issue a distress call after 2 a.m. local time as the ship was north of the Falkland Islands. There were no injuries, but the remainder of the journey was canceled.
