When Seabourn Cruise Line launches its new Seabourn Encore late this year, it will come outfitted with two Grand Wintergarden Suites, the largest accommodations available onboard, situated on deck 8.
"Seabourn Encore's Grand Wintergarden Suites will be two of the most beautiful and striking suites in ultra-luxury travel," said Christopher Prelog, Seabourn vice president of Hotel Operations. "Like a spacious vacation home, guests will enjoy the superb amenities, especially the private glassed-in Solarium with a soaking tub and lounging bed."
Encompassing almost 1,550 square feet of interior and exterior space, each suite will highlight, besides the above, two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and two verandas. Large windows will delight guests as will dining for six, a pantry with wet bar and espresso machine, three flat-panel televisions and a convertible sofabed. The verandas alone will feature 250 square feet of private space and an all-weather table and chairs, and the bathrooms will come with a separate whirlpool tub and shower, stone materials and Molton Brown bath products.
What's more, personalized service from the Guest Service Manager will be made available. Also, private car transfers on embarkation and disembarkation, complimentary internet service, a daily newspaper, fruit basket, fresh flowers, plush bathrobes and an extended in-suite reference library will be included as bonus premium suite amenities. Looking at the rendering, the decor is warm and inviting, and the spacious floor plan details an expansive layout, perfect for entertaining yourself as well as a gathering of family and friends.
Not left out, all suites ship-wide will showcase a bottle of champagne with canapés upon welcome, and a Personal Suite Stewardess can provide designer soaps, draw baths, replenish ice, set up the bar, manage laundry services and assist with any special requests. Rounding out the amenities will be a walk-in closet with bathrobes and slippers, a daily stocked bar, personal pillow choice and movie, music, television and radio entertainment.
The Seabourn Encore and its suites will be introduced at a time of unprecedented luxury cruise expansion and competition.
