It seems almost impossible, but Regent Seven Seas Cruise is attempting to make your next sojourn even more relaxing.
The cruise line has announced details on its new Seven Seas Wellness program, which allows guests to enjoy refreshing and soul satisfying activities while touring some of the more exotic and breathtaking locations in the world.
What's more, Regent Seven Seas is also announcing that it will extend the program into 2018-because you can never have too much of a great thing.
President and CEO Jason Montague explains: "The response to the initial program announcement has been so great that we've decided also to offer the Seven Seas Wellness program in 2018."
Cruise enthusiasts can choose from five treatments spread out over 10 destinations-all enticing options.
Montague continues: "Seven Seas Cruises is delighted to present a holistic wellness program that anyone can join in and provide a new way to take in the Mediterranean's beauty and heritage. Throughout, Seven Seas Voyager's exceptional staff and crew will take care of everything so guests can continue to bask in the glow of their Seven Seas Wellness experience."
Being on a luxurious cruise isn't about being trapped in your room onboard; The best part about travel is the moment you stretch your legs.
And in the case of the wellness program, we mean that literally.
There are 11 excursions spread out over five activities, which includes Tai Chi, yoga, hydrothermal therapy, aromatherapy and a program described as walking and laughing.
For those who enjoy a good chi centering, you have options in an imperial garden at Marseille, France, as well as off the bay in Mallorca.
The cruise line is allowing you the opportunity to enjoy some of the relaxing and meditative activities you do in your off time but in places that you only previously dreamed of seeing. For example, Yoga sessions grant opportunities to bend, stretch and plank in Corfu, Greece; Monte Carlo, Monaco; and Sicily. The latter will have you practicing your best poses as you take in the beauty of Mount Etna and the nearby rocky terrain.

Aromatherapy is somehow more relaxing when you are at the Palazzo Mocenigo, which is a museum that once stood as a 16th-century palace.
Dipping your body in warm hydrothermal therapy is always a good time. But with Seven Seas Cruises you can now do so in Rome's Thermal Baths of Popes. How does that sound as a conversation starter?
As mentioned, the campaign also includes options to walk and laugh. (Or if you are the kind who isn't prone to extremes, an amble and a chuckle?)
In either case, these programs will have you strolling around awesome scenery as you create memories. For example, you can enjoy a brisk walk to Palma de Mallorca's Bellver Castle or engage in an actual bout of laughter therapy in Palamos, Spain.
As noted, each excursion comes with an additional treatment back at the Canyon Ranch SpaClub. These include Ocean Scrub, World of Relief Body Buff, Vitamin Infusion Facial, Sole Rejuvenation and Tangle Me Up Organic Body Wrap.
Interested parties have more opportunities to enjoy remarkably relaxing adventures; the program now includes select itineraries on the Regent Seven Seas Voyager in 2018.
The stress-melting Wellness program costs $299 per person and includes seven and 10-night cruises starting on May 22-September 28, 2017. (July 28's trip is the lone exception).
Now you have no excuse for taking an ounce of anxiety back with you to work after this amazing vacation.
