Sixthman, an organizer of music cruises, has scheduled a voyage on Norwegian Pearl with Grammy-winning band Train. The inaugural “Sail Across The Sun: A Music, Food & Wine Festival at Sea” will depart Miami and visit Grand Cayman Feb. 14-18.

Train will perform multiple shows in addition to tastings, activities and parties hosted by the members of the band. Guests can also have their photos taken with the band and participate in a Q&A session on the pool deck. Also performing will be Matt Nathanson, Brett Dennen, The Secret Sisters, Yacht Rock Revue, comedian Jim Breuer, and DJ Soulman. Also coming along will be Jonathan Waxman, the chef and owner of Barbuto in New York City, and chef Aaron Sanchez, from the Food Network’s “Chopped.” For information and pricing, visit www.sailacrossthesun.com.
