Highlighted improvements to the grand ocean liner include the redesign of the Queens Grill and Princess Grill suite accommodations and restaurants, plus the Britannia staterooms to be fully completed later this year; the addition of 30 new Britannia Club staterooms, 15 Britannia single staterooms and five Britannia inside staterooms and the refresh of public spaces and restaurants, particularly The Verandah, Todd English replacement, Kings Court buffet reconfiguration and conversion of the Winter Garden into the Carinthia Lounge.
Also, 10 more kernels were added with a Liverpool lamp post and New York fire hydrant, and a complete repainting of the ship exterior and technological and structural improvements were made. In total, the process took more than one million man hours during a 25-day span, 594,000 square feet of new carpet, 4,000 newly installed framed pictures and over 3,900 gallons of paint.
