Barack and Michelle Obama are continuing onto the next leg of what is a well-deserved vacation.

As TravelPulse previously noted, Obama and the former first family departed Donald Trump's inauguration for California's Palm Springs area. It seems to have been a quick splash into the sleepy desert oasis because the two are now enjoying all that the British Virgin Islands have to offer.
Well, all that it has to offer the well-connected-the Obamas are flying courtesy of Richard Branson's private jet into the secluded Necker Island, the Virgin Group's founder's own private piece of paradise.
It doesn't look like Branson will be around to host the former first couple. The Daily Mail reports he has since departed the island to celebrate the birth of his grandson, leaving the Obamas to share and celebrate eight years of hard work.
Well, as alone as you can be when you're greeted with admirers and whisked away by motorcade.
