Busch Gardens Building Excitement Ahead of Cobra’s Curse Opening
Busch Gardens has announced that the new Cobra’s Curse spinning car coaster will be completed sometime this summer and will subsequently open to the public. While an exact date has not been set, park officials led a guided tour of the ride, highlighting all of its unique features.

Adventures by Disney Adds Three New Destinations
Adventures by Disney, a leader in guided group travel, has announced that it has added new destinations and itineraries to its 2016 schedule. When helping guests find amazing vacations, agents will be adding options in Central Florida, Montana, and the combination of Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia.

SeaWorld Orlando Unveils Mako Roller Coaster’s Lead Car
In celebration of the opening of SeaWorld Orlando's new roller coaster dubbed “Mako” this summer—no exact date on the ride’s debut has been announced—the amusement park has unveiled its lead car which is themed after the mako shark.

Cedar Point Reportedly Dismantling 'Shoot the Rapids' Ride
While the Cedar Point amusement park has not acknowledged the move yet, the Sandusky Register is reporting that the park is dismantling its popular Shoot the Rapids water ride. The future of the ride is unclear.


To mark the 40th anniversary season opening of California's Great America on March 25, the amusement park has added new attractions like “Mass Effect: New Earth 4D Holographic Journey” and the holiday event “WinterFest.”

It’s easy to fall in love with a theme park ride, and Clifford "Rockitman" Cutter has now ridden the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit roller coaster at Universal Orlando Resort a record 10,000 times.

To usher in the spring season, Keansburg Amusement Park and Runaway Rapids are offering guests a two-for-one deal through March 31. Visitors can purchase a 200 ticket book for $99.45 and receive 200 tickets free, or they can buy a 100 ticket book for $55.95 and receive 100 free tickets.

In Switzerland, officials are renovating and rebuilding the Manoir de Ban, the final home of famed comedian Charlie Chaplin. The home will act as the centerpiece for the new Chaplin's World theme park being built around it.
