Freddy vs. Jason Coming to Universal Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights

Halloween is all about horror and scaring people, and Universal Orlando has taken its Halloween Horror Nights to the next level for its 25th anniversary by adding two of the most dangerous characters in movie history to the mix in its over-the-top haunted house.

This year’s Halloween Horror Nights will feature Freddy Krueger from the A Nightmare on Elm Street movies and Jason Voorhees from the Friday the 13th movies, two of the scariest horror villains in history.

For those courageous enough to step inside the Freddy vs. Jason haunted house—open select nights from September 18 through November 1—they will first be transported to Elm Street where they will come face-to-face with the king of nightmares, Freddy Krueger.

As patrons move along, they will be transported to Camp Crystal Lake where they will have to avoid becoming the next victim for Jason Voorhees and his infamous variety of lethal weapons. With scenes from the famous movies and battles between Krueger and Voorhees, this will be an attraction unlike anything horror fans have ever experienced.

The official YouTube account of Universal Orlando Resort shared a trailer for the attraction:

Guests at the park have options for purchasing tickets to the haunted house as well. Patrons can buy a single night ticket, add admission to their existing theme park ticket or buy a ticket pack at a discounted rate.

Universal Studios is also adding a hotel and theme park deals that would include hotel accommodations at Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort, a one-night ticket to Halloween Horror Nights 25, a two-day Park-to-Park ticket, Early Park Admission and more.
