Global Entry is one of the coolest travel accessories to have. It means you can breeze through customs super fast when re-entering the U.S. But did you know that you have similar options in other countries? The Points Guy reports that travelers can access a “fastpass” so to speak for clearing the border quickly in Germany.
“While we’ve written about fast-track arrivals programs other countries offer, there’s one that seems to be especially overlooked: Germany’s EasyPASS-RTP,” says JT Genter.
This pass allows U.S. citizens entering the EU in Germany to access the automated gates usually reserved for EU citizens — and the best part — it’s free.

“It’s already come in handy — cutting around 15 minutes off of both my arrival in Frankfurt (FRA) last November and my arrival in Berlin (TXL) last week,” reports Genter.
