Atlantis, Paradise Island

In July 2013, renowned Chef Todd English opened his famed Olives restaurant at Atlantis, Paradise Island. Featuring his signature open kitchen and Mediterranean cuisine, Olives Atlantis provides a social and interactive dining experience for guests in the bustling Atlantis Casino.

Olives Atlantis offers a three-meal-a-day menu featuring Todd English’s signature interpretive Mediterranean cuisine, as well as a variety of coastal dishes made with high-quality, seasonal and fresh ingredients. The restaurant features an expansive open kitchen where English’s team prepares made-to-order cuts of meat and grilled fish such as the fresh catch of the day.

Olives Atlantis joins the ranks of some of Atlantis’ dining outposts from around the world, including Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s famed restaurant, Nobu, and 3-starred Michelin Chef Jean Georges-Vongerichten’s Cafe Martinique. 77° West, Atlantis’s newest fine dining restaurant, features South American Cuisine with a taste of the Caribbean.
