Olives Atlantis offers a three-meal-a-day menu featuring Todd English’s signature interpretive Mediterranean cuisine, as well as a variety of coastal dishes made with high-quality, seasonal and fresh ingredients. The restaurant features an expansive open kitchen where English’s team prepares made-to-order cuts of meat and grilled fish such as the fresh catch of the day.

Olives Atlantis joins the ranks of some of Atlantis’ dining outposts from around the world, including Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s famed restaurant, Nobu, and 3-starred Michelin Chef Jean Georges-Vongerichten’s Cafe Martinique. 77° West, Atlantis’s newest fine dining restaurant, features South American Cuisine with a taste of the Caribbean.
