Six Flags Celebrating Independence Day with July 4th Fest
Six Flags Entertainment Corporation will be partnering with Coca-Cola for the third annual July 4th Fest at all of the company’s theme parks in the United States on July 3 through 5.
According to Six Flags, the three-day patriotic celebration will be included with park admission and will feature plenty of benefits for visitors, including one hour of early ride time on specific attractions, in-park entertainment and huge fireworks displays on all three nights.
Park guests who present any can of Coca-Cola with their paid admission or Season Pass will be permitted to utilize certain attractions for one hour of early ride time. Unopened cans will be donated to Operation Homefront and other organizations, and Six Flags will donate $1 for every ticket purchased with a Coca-Cola product during the holiday period.
In addition to the events and benefits for park guests on Independence Day, Six Flags will be working with Operation Homefront to show the company’s appreciation to soldiers who have served our country by celebrating Salute to Heroes Day on July 3.
For Salute to Heroes Day, the parks will feature a check presentation to Operation Homefront, a national anthem and flag ceremony and Six Flags will present five military families special gift packages that include VIP park tours, gold season passes, meal vouchers and more.
Operation Homefront COO Tim Farrell released a statement, saying, “Operation Homefront is excited to join again with Six Flags to honor our service members and their families on Independence Day weekend. These military families have served our country with great dedication and are truly deserving of a great day of relaxation and fun with our friends at Six Flags.”
