Do you like smashing pumpkins? No, not the band. The actual “art” of smashing pumpkins. At the Pumpkin Chunkin Fest you can do exactly that and more. At the Racine County Fairgrounds in Union Grove, Wisconsin you can watch pumpkins “fly through the air,” listen to live music, watch a costume contest, and the best best part is the admission and parking is free.
In Milwaukee, you can go to the historic Third Ward Association, Gallery Night and Day. The two day premier event is catered to artists and art lovers. There are 50 venues to discover throughout the downtown Milwaukee including a “Free Friday night” at Harley Davidson Museum where you can check out the latest and newest bikes and artifacts.
