Would you be surprised to learn that New York City's Central Park is the world's most Instagrammed view? In fact, more than 4.6 million people have posted from Central Park.
The Las Vegas Strip is another frequently encountered destination on the social network: More than 3.6 million people have posted a photo of the famous Las Vegas Boulevard.
Chances are several more places that grace your bucket-list are also among the top Instagrammed destinations in the world: The Eiffel Tower, Big Ben and Times Square are all in the top five.
The Lighting Superstore recently created an infographic based on hashtags of the most popular views. They found that some of the most Insta-worthy destinations were New York and London. New York is home to five of the 20 most-Instagrammed views, including Central Park, the Empire State Building and Brooklyn Bridge. London has two-Tower Bridge and Big Ben-in the top 15.

If heading to any of these popular destinations, you may be wondering how to get the best view of these attractions-and subsequently, the best Instagrams. The Lighting Source shares some beautiful images for inspiration on capturing these locations.
To get the best shot of Central Park, you'll want to juxtapose the city's stunning skyline against the natural textures of the park. There are a number of attractions from which to choose, including Strawberry Fields, the Alice in Wonderland statue and Belvedere Castle.
The Strip offers a wealth of sites along its four-mile stretch. From the iconic Las Vegas sign to a recreation of the Eiffel Tower and a mini-New York City skyline, there's a lot of opportunity for capturing great imagery. For the most outstanding shots, try shooting at nighttime.
The Eiffel Tower is a beacon and can be seen all around Paris. It rises up from the Champs de Mars and towers over every other building in the city. Capturing the landmark at sunset provides a dramatic image.
You can also score some extra likes by posting a video of the Eiffel Tower's flashing lights at night.
