Looks like Jamaica’s going to have a big 2016. Anticipating a record number of visitors, Dr. Wykeham McNeill, the nation’s tourism minister, says there will be “unprecedented levels” of hotel development in the next couple of years, and the Jamaica Tourist Board is excited about UNESCO historical and cultural recognition.
