TripAdvisor has announced the world's best amusement parks and water parks voted on for the annual Travelers' Choice awards.
According to TripAdvisor's official website, Universal's Island of the Adventure in Orlando earned the top spot in the voting for the second year, thanks in part to the "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter" portion of the park and the anticipated "Skull Island: Reign of Kong" ride.
Rounding out the top five: Discovery Cove in Orlando, Disney World's Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Europa-Park in Rust, Germany, and Universal Studios Florida in Orlando. The dominance of Orlando didn't go unnoticed, as the city boasted five of the top 10 parks in the world.

As for the remainder of the top 10, Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles finished sixth and Disney's Hollywood Studios in Orlando finished in seventh. Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim finished in eight and ninth, respectively, and Beto Carrero World in Penha, Brazil, rounded out the top 10.
TripAdvisor also ranked the top 10 theme parks in the United States, and the biggest winner was Orlando, which is home to seven of the top 10 parks. Here are the rankings, as voted on by TripAdvisor users:
