The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that an unidentified female strolled up to the IGT Megabucks Wynn Wheel at the Wynn Las Vegas and struck it huge. The person, identified simply as someone from Oahu, Hawaii, was playing at $3 a pop when she managed a payoff amount of $10,777,270.51.
At that point, we imagine she left the 51 cents as tip.
Remember, the woman was playing the penny slots, which is a wonderful way to pass the time but hardly the kind of endeavor that usually fills the bank account with Scrooge McDuckian level funds. In fact, it's far more advantageous to simply give away money to bystanders than think you will strike it rich in Vegas.
